Discovery #1 - Cut Out 'Puny Grains' and Only Eat "Muscle Carbs"
While investigating the Alphamale Archetype, I found that when eating a diet with as few grains as possible... and mostly just getting carbs through fruits, veggies, nuts, and beans...
I would have a powerful Testosterone Surge...
People would just start acting differently... and I noticed something called the 'SIDEWALK EFFECT'... where if I was walking on the sidewalk and someone else was walking from the opposite direction... they'd quickly move out of my way to the other side... not just a few steps from me, but starting at 50 or even 100 feet away!
It was as if they could just “tell” at a distance that I was someone they had to defer too...

Discovery #2 - Vary Your Up/Down Tempo on Weights
My friend Clint discovered while he was instructing new personal trainers, that when he had them benefit their “up and down” tempo for weight exercises...
Such as lowering a weight bar for 4 seconds on some exercises, and 2 seconds for other movements...
Different muscle fibers began firing... and he was able to get explosive muscle growth... even while using much lighter weights...
Because he could get tremendous muscle gain now from using lower weights with this “tempo trick,” he was able to recover a LOT faster... and not put all this wear-and-tear on his joints...
